High unemployment levels in Spanish university students

According to the information spread by Eurostat, 12 % of the Spanish young people with top studies was unemployed in the second trimester of the year, the double of the European average and it is the highest of the set of the EU.

Spain is also the European country where the unemployment has more influence between the persons with major level of education.

The countries that follow the Iberian ones to him are Greece, with 11,7 % of unemployment in the same group, Italy (9,6 %) and Latvia (7,6 %). On the other hand in Holland only 1,9 % of the top alumni was unemployed, Romania (2,7 %) and the Czech Republic (2,8 %).

Also, Spain is the country of the EU with more unemployment between the young people with studies of secondary level. The unemployment was affecting 18,8 % of the Spanish young people with this type of qualifications in the second trimester of the year, more of the double of the European average, placed in 9,1 %.

The Eurostat information shows a descent in the proportion of similar unemployment there increases the level of studies, tendency that is appreciated in all the Member states with the exception of Greece, where the unemployment ranges between 11 % and 12 % for three types of formation.
